Protecting the environment is fundamental to our business. MX Oil conducts its operations in a safe and environmentally responsible manner to the highest industry standards. The Company will comply with the legislation of each country in which it operates, raising these minimum requirements when appropriate. It expects that its contractors match these same standards.

Anti-Bribery and Corruption
MX Oil has a strict anti-bribery and corruption policy in line with the UK Bribery Act (2010). The Company will not accept employees giving or receiving bribes, intending either to obtain or retain business for the company, or to obtain or retain an advantage in the conduct of the company's business.
The company is committed to comply with the Act and will enforce the same level of compliance throughout its operations. This applies to management, employees, contract staff and industry partners working on the Company’s behalf.
